Courage, the mark of winners.

Everyday is a new challenge or have courage, is an essential quality of the road to success. There are times in life, or the courage can make the difference between life and death.

“Sometimes even to live is an act of courage.” ~Seneca

The courage may, in a less dramatic sense, also affect the quality and influence the path of our lives. For this reason, the words of Steve Jobs go straight to my heart and I fully approve his quote that says:

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.”

As a leader, we know that courage must be part of the way we live and make decisions because to go to the top and stay there this element is essential.
